Statement of Faith

Christ Generation Assemblies affirms faith in one true and living God, eternal, sovereign, holy, and self-existent—Creator of heaven and earth, Sustainer of all creation, and Redeemer of humanity. God has eternally revealed Himself as one Being in three Persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit, equal in essence, power, and glory.

We believe that the Holy Bible, consisting of the Old and New Testaments, is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God. It is the final standard for faith, doctrine, and Christian living. God continues to illuminate His people through the Holy Spirit, yet all spiritual revelation and experience remain subject to and consistent with the written Word of God.

We believe that humanity was created in the image of God, designed for fellowship with Him and entrusted with stewardship over creation. Through sin and disobedience, humanity fell from its original relationship with God, resulting in spiritual separation, brokenness, and death. All people therefore stand in need of salvation and restoration.

We believe that Jesus Christ, the only begotten Son of God, was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary, fully God and fully human. He lived a sinless life, revealed the Kingdom of God, and through His sacrificial death on the cross became the atoning sacrifice for the sins of the world. Through His resurrection and exaltation, He secured victory over sin, death, and the powers of darkness, reconciling humanity to God.

Salvation is received by grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone. Those who repent and believe are forgiven of sin, justified by faith, regenerated by the Holy Spirit, and adopted into the family of God. Righteousness is granted as a gift of God, not by human effort but through the finished work of Christ.

We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit, who indwells every believer, producing spiritual transformation and empowering holy living. The Holy Spirit convicts of sin, guides into truth, comforts believers, and equips the Church for effective witness and service.

As a Pentecostal community, we believe in the baptism in the Holy Spirit, subsequent to salvation, accompanied by spiritual empowerment for ministry and witness. The gifts of the Holy Spirit—including prophecy, healing, tongues, discernment, and other manifestations—continue to operate today for the edification of the Church and the advancement of God’s Kingdom.

We believe that believers are called to live Spirit-filled lives, demonstrating the fruit of the Spirit in character and conduct. Every follower of Christ is commissioned to proclaim the Gospel, make disciples of all nations, pray for the sick, minister deliverance, and participate actively in God’s redemptive mission in the world.

We believe in the Church as the Body of Christ, composed of all born-again believers, called to worship God, nurture spiritual growth, practice fellowship, and serve society through love and compassion. The Church exists to reflect Christ’s reign and extend His Kingdom on earth.

We believe in the reality of heaven and hell, the resurrection of the dead, and the final judgment of all humanity according to the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ will return personally and gloriously to establish the fullness of His Kingdom. The redeemed will dwell eternally with God, and creation itself will be restored under His sovereign rule.

Christ Generation Assemblies therefore commits itself to raising Christ-centered disciples, Spirit-empowered leaders, and mission-focused communities, living in anticipation of the return of our Lord Jesus Christ and the fulfillment of His eternal Kingdom.
